In addition, the famous #3 waterfall hole has been voted one of the top eighteen holes in South Florida. The East course underwent an extensive facelift in 2007, to include resurfacing all eighteen greens with Champion Bermuda, the installation of greenside bunker liners and 5 million pounds of USGA approved sand, cart path revitalization including the addition of new waste bunkers, laser-leveling of the tee boxes, and extensive landscaping.
